Since we act as a travel facilitator working with third-party service providers, refunds and cancellations are subject to the terms of those providers.

Nature of Our Service

  • We facilitate travel planning and coordination

  • We do not own or operate airlines, hotels, transport services, or attractions

  • Actual services are delivered by destination partners

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp

  • Cancellation timelines and charges depend on the specific services booked

  • Some services may be non-refundable, especially during peak seasons or promotional periods

Exact cancellation terms will be communicated clearly before booking confirmation.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds, if applicable, are processed only after confirmation from service providers

  • Any non-recoverable costs charged by third parties will be deducted

  • Processing timelines depend on the destination partner and payment method used

Please note:

  • No refunds are provided for partially used services

  • No-shows may attract 100% cancellation charges

Changes to travel dates, names, or services are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.

Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen events (weather, government restrictions, strikes, etc.), we will assist in exploring alternatives where possible, but refunds cannot be guaranteed.
