Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

  • All packages are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • Prices may change due to exchange rate fluctuations, peak seasons, or availability.
  • Images on the website are for illustration only; actual attractions depend on the selected package.
  • We do not hold rooms in advance. Hotel confirmation is based on availability when your booking request is processed.

2. What’s Not Included

The following items are not included unless stated otherwise:

  • UAE Visa
  • Tourism Dirham Tax
  • International flights
  • Travel insurance (domestic or international)
  • Personal expenses (tips, laundry, minibar, phone calls, etc.)
  • Any hotel charges beyond what is mentioned in inclusions
  • Peak season surcharges during events/festivals (Diwali, New Year, GITEX, Gulf Food, etc.)
  • Drinks at meals unless specified
  • Porterage

3. Optional Add-Ons (Available at Additional Cost)

  • Premium Desert Safari upgrade
  • Marina Dhow Cruise Dinner upgrade
  • 30-day UAE Single Entry Visa

4. Payment Policy

  • 100% advance payment is required to confirm any booking.
  • Prices are subject to revision until full payment is completed.
  • Payments may be made via bank transfer, UPI, or credit card.
  • Credit card payments may include a processing fee.
  • Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received and acknowledged.

5. Hotel Check-In / Check-Out Policy

  • Standard check-in time: 3:00 PM (U.A.E)
  • Standard check-out time: 12:00 PM (U.A.E)
  • Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and hotel policy.
  • Room types (king/twin/triple), views, floors, smoking/non-smoking rooms are subject to hotel availability.

6. Transfers & Tours

  • “SIC” refers to Seat-In-Coach (shared)
  • Drivers wait a maximum of 5 minutes from scheduled pickup time.
  • Pickup timing may vary by up to 30–60 minutes due to traffic or operational reasons.
  • On shared tours, seating arrangements are decided by the tour coordinator.
  • Some attractions may remain closed on certain days as per government regulations.

7. Important Travel Guidelines

  • Summer clothing is suitable for most of the year; jackets may be needed in winter.
  • Carry sunscreen, hats, and sunglasses.
  • Always keep personal belongings with you.
  • Strollers are not allowed inside vehicles unless pre-informed.
  • An adult must accompany children (3–12 years) for water activities.
  • Photography of residents (especially ladies), military sites, and government buildings is strictly prohibited.
  • Smoking and littering in public areas are prohibited and may incur fines.

8. Passport & Identification

  • Some tours require your original passport or Emirates ID.
  • Failure to carry required documents may result in denied entry.
  • No refunds will be provided in such cases.

9. No-Show & Cancellation Policies

  • Failure to arrive on time for pickup is considered a no-show.
  • No refunds will be provided for missed tours or partly used services.
  • If operational issues arise (traffic delays, breakdowns, weather), alternate arrangements may be offered if possible.

10. Liability

The Project Travel acts as a facilitator between the customer and service providers such as hotels, local operators, and attractions.
We are not liable for:

  • Delays
  • Loss of personal belongings
  • Changes in itinerary caused by operational or safety reasons
  • Government regulations impacting travel
  • Third-party service failures

11. Acknowledgment

By booking with The Project Travel, you acknowledge that you have read and understood:

  • Package Inclusions & Exclusions
  • These Terms and Conditions

These terms form part of the contractual agreement between the guest and The Project Travel.
